• Nice deck with swing & umbrella table conveniently located in the apartment area.  Propane gas barbecue grill is available for tenants.
• Covered open-air room, at rear of owner's home, with TV (cable & Showtime) and Schwinn Airdyne stationary bicycle is for the use of guests & owners.
